This is a plain-English summary, not the executed terms of service. The formal terms are written and reviewed by a lawyer before QuestSchool takes a paying customer, and they will be published at this address. Nothing below is a contract.
What you are buying
Access to QuestSchool’s 102 learning games and the parent dashboard, for the children on your account, billed monthly per child. There is no premium tier and nothing is held back for an upgrade.
The account
- An adult creates and owns the family account, and is responsible for it.
- You may add other adults - a second parent, a grandparent, a teacher - with parent or teacher access to the children on that account.
- Children sign in with a PIN, and only from a device the account owner has approved.
- Keep your own sign-in credentials to yourself. Adult accounts require multi-factor sign-in for a reason.
Billing and cancellation
You are billed per child, per month. Adding or removing a child changes the next bill. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your children keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Billing happens inside the app, never on this website.
Fair use
QuestSchool is for the children on your account. Please do not share credentials outside your household or classroom, resell access, or copy the games and content out of the product.
Changes
If we change what the product does or what it costs, we will tell the account owner by email before the change takes effect. Questions go to our contact page.
