Privacy
This is a plain-English summary, not the executed policy. The formal privacy policy is written and reviewed by a lawyer before QuestSchool takes a paying customer, and it will be published at this address. Everything below describes how the software behaves today.
What we hold
- About the adult on the account: an email address, a sign-in method (Microsoft, Google, or a password plus authenticator), and billing status.
- About each child: a display name you choose, their PIN in hashed form, and their learning record - questions answered, correct and incorrect, XP, coins, streaks, badges and pet.
- About devices: which devices you have approved for your children to sign in from.
- Operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
You choose what a child is called in QuestSchool. It does not need to be their real or full name, and we would rather it was not.
What it is used for
To run the product: to pick the right level for the next game, to award XP and badges, to build your dashboard and your weekly report, and to bill you. That is the whole list.
What is never done with it
- It is not sold.
- It is not shared with advertisers, and there is no advertising in QuestSchool.
- It is not used to train any machine-learning model. There is no AI in the product.
- It is not visible to another family. Every read is scoped to the account that owns the child.
- It is not fed to third-party analytics or tracking pixels. This website loads no third-party code at all.
Your control
You created the account, you can see everything in it, and you can ask us to delete your family’s data. Contact us and we will do it.
We do not claim a COPPA, GDPR or any other certification. What we can tell you is precisely how the product behaves, which is what this page and the safety page do.
