Why the pet matters
A virtual pet is not decoration. It is the reason a six-year-old opens the site on a Tuesday when nobody has asked them to. Coins earned by answering questions correctly are the only way to look after it, so the thing your child wants and the thing you want point in the same direction.
There is no way to buy coins with money. There are no in-app purchases of any kind, and there is nothing in QuestSchool that asks your child to spend anything.
